Expression of Interest — CCS National Pilot
The CCS Framework is entering its activation phase. We are seeking organisations interested in supporting the national pilot through funding partnerships or participation as a pilot centre. This Expression of Interest (EOI) identifies aligned partners committed to strengthening workforce stability, WHS governance, and operational clarity across early childhood education and care.
Who Should Submit an EOI
- Funding bodies and organisations interested in co‑funding the CCS pilot
- ECEC providers seeking to participate as pilot centres
- Policy agencies, research institutions, and sector leaders exploring partnership opportunities
- Stakeholders committed to evidence‑based workforce reform and national standards development
Purpose of Participation
Submitting an EOI signals interest in:
- contributing to the first implementation of the CCS Framework
- supporting the introduction of a dedicated childcare cleaning workforce
- participating in structured evaluation and evidence generation
- engaging in a national reform initiative grounded in published research
What Happens After Submission
EOIs are reviewed to assess alignment with the pilot’s research, governance, and operational requirements. Suitable organisations will be contacted to discuss partnership scope, pilot readiness, and next steps in the activation process. Submission does not create any obligation.
